| Job Description |
Part of a NYSE quoted group our client company was established almost 30yrs ago and supplies OEMs with fabricated gas control systems on a build-to-print basis. Having grown from a £6m to £20m+ turnover company since 2007 they wish to appoint a Business Development Manager to generate additional customers and sales in existing markets and to expand busiess into other identified markets to provide continued organic growth. Reporting to the MD the successful candidate will have a sound engineering background preferably in instrumentation or project engineering plus a proven technical sales record ideally of capital equipment in a complex technical and cost driven environment. Knowledge of the Semi-Conductor OEM or Photovoltaic equipment manufacturing Pharmaceutical continuous product equipment or Ultra Pure Gas installation sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.To continue the company growth the role requires a self-starter with initiative and good business acumen able to make things happen and driven to achieve. For the right candidate career progression to senior management level would be a possibility. |
